1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using First Dial Group's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Description

First Dial Group provides:

  • Digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media)
  • Web and mobile application development
  • Communication services (WhatsApp, SMS, Voice)
  • Jio Fiber broadband and enterprise connectivity
  • White label services for agencies

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use services only for lawful purposes
  • Not engage in fraudulent or abusive activities
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not interfere with or disrupt our services

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy. All prices are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified.

5. Service Level Agreements

SLAs vary by service type and are specified in individual service agreements. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for critical services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of First Dial Group or respective owners. Work products created for clients become client property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

First Dial Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
